Returns
We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened products
- Personal care items
- Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more (final sale)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will make it right — either by replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
